"Owner" shall mean Shivoham Farms. "Customer/Hirer" shall mean the individual or group making the booking. "Tenants" shall mean the customer's group. "Property" shall mean the entire farmhouse premises including fenced lawn areas.
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. These booking conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted by you when you have paid a deposit or balance for the property, whether via an online booking, by telephone, or by completion of a booking form.
Prices are dynamic and determined based on the time period, number of days, number of guests, and nature of use. 100% of the rental fee is payable when the booking is made. Extra bed charges apply at ₹1,200 per person per night. Veg Food Package is ₹1,700 per person per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner). Food charges require 50% advance payment and 50% payable at checkout. GST is applicable extra on rooms and food.
Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional cost.
The property features 6 standard rooms (2+1 adults each) and 3 suite rooms (4+1 adults each). Amenities include a glass-covered dining hall with Aravali Hills views, gazebo, open fenced lawn, terrace, swimming pool & baby pool, table tennis, mini library, carrom board, 75" TV with sound bar, bonfire area, parking for up to 3 cars, and a private kitchen operated exclusively by Shivoham staff.
A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages, theft, or additional cleaning costs. The deposit amount will be communicated during reservation. The deposit or remaining portion will be refunded within a reasonable period after checkout, provided there is no damage, theft, or breaches of these Terms. All damages will be itemized and charged to the guest responsible.
It is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified during reservation. Without prior consent from the owners, you are not allowed to organize or host events, parties, celebrations, or meetings on the premises. Accurate guest numbers must be communicated at the time of booking; changes must be shared 5 days prior to arrival.
Guests must adhere to their designated booking period. Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Failure to vacate at checkout time without an approved extension may result in additional charges.
Pool hours: Morning 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM, Evening 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM. Proper, clean swimming attire and pre-swim shower are required. No food, beverages, alcohol, or glass containers in the pool area. Pool use is prohibited after consuming alcohol. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty — use at your own risk.
Pets are strictly prohibited. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited on premises. Outside food is not allowed. Non-vegetarian food (including meat, poultry, fish, seafood) is strictly prohibited. Food is served during designated times in the Dining Hall only. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All guests must provide valid ID proofs at booking or check-in.
Limited on-site parking is available for 2–3 cars on a first-come, first-served basis, at the vehicle owner's risk. Additional off-site parking may be available, also at the owner's risk.
Guests must engage only in lawful activities, respect the tranquility of the property and neighbors, treat the property and furnishings with care, keep the premises clean, and comply with all house rules. WiFi must be used only for lawful purposes. The property must not be used for commercial purposes or sublet. Rooms will be cleaned between 9 AM and 12 noon in the presence of guests. Room card loss incurs a fee of ₹500 per card.
Guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their stay. Shivoham Farms and its representatives shall not be held liable for personal injury, accidents, illnesses, damages, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance. The owners accept no responsibility for breakdown of appliances, plumbing, electrical issues, non-working WiFi, pest invasion, weather damage, or disturbance from nearby activities.
In the event of cancellation, we will attempt to re-let the property. If successful, your deposit will be refunded less a ₹15,000 administrative fee. If we are unable to re-let due to late cancellation, you will be liable for the full amount. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
If for any reason beyond the Owner's control the property is unavailable (e.g., fire damage), all rent and charges paid in advance will be refunded in full, but the applicant will have no further claim against the Owner.
Prior permission is required for: use of the lawn and any decorations, consumption of alcohol (applicable licenses must be arranged by the customer), movement of furniture/materials/workers inside the compound. Outside vendors must adhere to property rules; damage costs will be recovered from the guest.
You must allow the Owner or their representatives access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (and without notice in emergencies). The Owner reserves the right to regain possession in the event of a major breach, with all payments forfeited.
Upon arrival, all guests must sign an acknowledgment of these rules and regulations, confirming the charges for their stay and any additional services. By booking and staying at Shivoham Farms, guests agree to abide by all rules. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without refund and potential legal action.
